Meter Reading

Here at Data Right, we offer traditional meter reading services. Our service differs from other providers in that our team captures photographic evidence of the meter face, installed AMR, and the meter surrounds. This allows us to do a quality assurance check of all meter reads uploaded to the billing system, which ensures all system records match the installed meter. An added benefit is that by taking a surrounds photo it allows us to streamline our reads process by eliminating the search time for meters on rural properties, and to locate any meters that may have environmental obstacles, such as buried meters or overgrown vegetation. This provides absolute confidence to Council and residents that their consumption charges are correct, and the process is as efficient as possible, which cuts down on labor costs and guarantees deadlines are met.
